I would like to give praise to one of my most dedicated clients, Jenny Fisher. Jenny and I began working together back in 2009. It’s been a great journey seeing the results of hard work pay off for her. She didn’t have much experience with strength training so we began with the basics. She already had a great understanding of eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle. She just needed some guidance and exercise structure. She is the example of what weight lifting can do for women. She never got big and bulky but she developed great muscle definition, and that’s not easy to do. We have also been able to reduce the chronic pain in her low back and hips. I really admire the dedication of Jenny as well as all of my clients. They are the reason I do this!
