8 & Under Red Ball Division

Court size: 36-foot court & Racquet length no longer than 23 inches                                                                                                                                                                                                        Scoring: 2 out of 3, 7-point tiebreaks (first to win 7 points by a margin of 2). Players shall change ends after each tiebreak.

10 & Under Orange Ball Division

Matches will be played in accordance with all six 10 and Under Tennis elements:
1. Court size: 60-foot court
2. Racquet length: no longer than 25 inches
3. Net Height: 3 feet at center; 3 feet, 6 inches at net posts
4. Ball: orange low compression balls
5. Age: 7 to 10 �
6. Scoring: 2 out of 3, 4-game sets (first to win 4 games) using no-ad scoring; 7-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set (first to win 7 points by a margin of 2)


10 & Under Green Ball Division

Matches will be played in accordance with all six 10 and Under Tennis elements:
1. Court size: 78-foot court
2. Racquet length: no longer than 29 inches
3. Net Height: 3 feet at center, 3 feet 6 inches at net posts
4. Ball: green dot low compression balls
5. Age: 7 to 11
6. Scoring: 2 out of 3, 4-game sets (first to win 4 games) using no-ad scoring; 7-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set (first to win 7 points by a margin of 2)


11-14 Green Ball Novice Division
1. Court size: 78-foot court
2. Racquet length: no longer than 29 inches
3. Net Height: 3 feet at center, 3 feet 6 inches at net posts
4. Ball: green dot low compression balls
5. Age: 11 to 14
6. Scoring: 2 out of 3, 4-game sets (first to win 4 games) using no-ad scoring; 7-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set (first to win 7 points by a margin of 2)

Future Stars Tournaments are one day sanctioned events for players aged 8-14. The tournament offers an 8s division to introduce young players to competition utilizing the Red Ball, both Orange and Green Ball divisions for 10s of all abilities, and a Green Ball Novice division to include beginning players ages 11-14. (A novice player is new to tournaments and match play, with limited experience, ability, or understanding of the game). Matches will be played in accordance with all six Red, Orange, and Green Ball Tennis elements respectively.
